  • My office is located in Scottsdale, AZ just east off the 101 & Shea.

    I can accommodate virtual appointments although in person is always preferred.

  • Sessions with me are collaborative, honest, and grounded in compassion. I draw from trauma-informed care, DBT, and CBT while balancing empathy with accountability so real change can happen. With over a decade of professional experience — and over 10 years in my own recovery — I work to create a space where teens, young adults, and families feel seen, supported, and challenged in healthy ways.

  • 50-minute sessions are $150 collected at the end of each session

  • I am an out of network provider although I am happy to provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out of network reimbursement.

    I’m not able to offer emergency crisis services outside of scheduled sessions.

  • I do not take part in court cases or provide legal testimony. My goal is to protect the therapeutic environment so clients feel safe to be open and honest. If you require a clinician who works with the legal system, I can help connect you with appropriate referrals.
